Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.rivybivy.com (the "Shop") and its products and services. Through purchasing our merchandise and services, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

  1. You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.
  2. Rivybivy reserves the right to cancel or reject any order that we have received through our Site and refund the payment to you without prior notice. This includes orders made to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity, or items sold due to any errors on our website.
  3. We endeavour to be accurate in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. We do not warrant that such description is accurate, current or free from error. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. There may be a 0.5-0.8 inch difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
  4. Where a product is sold with a manufacturer's warranty, it will be clearly stated on the product page on our website. As a retailer, Rivybivy is not responsible for maintaining or servicing the warranty of any product.
  5. All payments for international orders are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Such payments may be automatically converted to the shipping country's currency and reflected accordingly in the customer's credit card statement.
  6. All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days upon order confirmation. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods. We are not liable for any delays and/or errors made by our third-party postal service providers.
  7. For local returns, all parcels must be sent back to designated address provided within 5 working days of return receipt. Any additional cost required for re-delivery of such parcels will be borne by the customer.
  8. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (original packaging intact and unaltered). Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  9. Any unclaimed bounced/undelivered parcels after a 60-day grace period will be forfeited.
